Evolution From Sloth
I’ve got a couple of minutes before yet another Teams call, and I’d like to write an appreciation post. I don’t usually do it, but I’ve really enjoyed working outside this past week.
I’ve literally built a stone wall! It’s only 40 centimeters tall and looks a bit wonky, but it’s actually quite stable! The more time passes, the more amazed I am by how I’ve changed in the last three or four years. I’ve slowly transitioned from a sloth to… I still don’t know how to describe it, but I’m much more active now.
I’ve spent my weekend working on the wall and the last part of the fence with my bluetooth buds in my ears. I’ve listened to Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, we.own.the.sky, Maliciouz1, and the latest Witcher audiobook. Despite the physical exertion, it was truly relaxing.
Here’s the result to yesterday:
For now, I love working on our happy island in the country.

I just discovered their motto on Bandcamp: LOW + SLOW + LOUD. Love it! ↩︎
